How We Can Help You With Your Theft Case
While there are some instances where the state has no proof as to who took the property in a theft case, it is much more often the case that this is not in dispute. What frequently is of greater importance in these cases is the value of the property stolen, the ability for said property to return to the rightful owner, and the method in which the property was taken.
As your theft attorney, we can help you with your theft case by minimizing the focus given to bad facts and maximizing the focus on the good facts. This sort of legal assistance can be the difference between having a conviction on your record with possible jail time, and being afforded the opportunity to return the property, pay some restitution, or possibly perform some community service in lieu of having a conviction and serving time.
