BIO
Chase Walker is a life-long resident of the greater-Chattanooga area, living in Harrison for most of his life. He attended Chattanooga State Community College and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. During his two years at UTC he met his future wife and three sons who would go with him through the law school journey. Chase and his wife Allison got married in March of 2021 and graduated from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in May of 2022.
During his law school career, Chase obtained invaluable experience interning with Legal Aid of East Tennessee, where he conducted legal research, drafted powers of attorney and wills, and helped resolve landlord-tenant disputes. Later, under the guidance of the Honorable Judge William Ailor, Chase drafted memoranda and court orders regarding contract disputes, GTLA claims, and other tort claims. During his last semester, Chase clerked at Garza Law where he worked on criminal defense and personal injury cases and honed his communication skills with clients and opposing counsel. Now, Chase has his own practice and is eager to put his knowledge and experience to use helping his fellow Tennesseans in the Greater Chattanooga area.
When he's not hard at work helping his clients, you will find Chase attending his kids' sporting events. Chase also enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, going on hikes, fishing trips, hunting trips, and enjoying God's creation. Chase is an active member of his church and enjoys involvement in music ministry.

W. BRADLEY "BEAR" BRASWELL

BIO
W. Bradley “Bear” Braswell Jr. is a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, living most of his life in Ooltewah. He is a proud graduate of both the McCallie School, and the University of Mississippi. While at Ole Miss, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Southern Studies, with particular emphasis on Public Policy and Political Theory. After graduating from Ole Miss in 2017, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law in May of 2022.
During his law school career, Bear gained valuable experience working as a litigation research assistant for Disability Rights Tennessee, a non-profit organization based in Nashville, dedicated solely to improving the lives of disabled Tennesseans. While on staff, he conducted valuable research and drafted numerous memoranda and pleadings to advocate on behalf of several disabled inmates in a large, multi-faceted lawsuit against the Tennessee Department of Corrections. Bear takes great pride in using his knowledge and skill to advocate on behalf of every client, and is dedicated to achieving client goals in a productive, efficient, and professional manner.
When not in the office serving clients, you can find him in a duck blind, deer stand, or cheering on his beloved Ole Miss Rebels with his wonderful wife Kayla and young son Lawson.

ALLISON CYRUS-WALKER

BIO
Advocacy is Allison's passion. A career in law was something she aspired to early on in life, and she takes great pride in being a tireless advocate for her clients.
Allison earned her B.S. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2019, graduating with honors. She went on to study law at Lincoln Memorial University's Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduating in 2022 as a Lincoln Lawyer Award nominee.
Outside of the office, Allison is usually at an athletic or school-related event for one of her three sons. She and her husband Chase met at UTC and attended law school together. They enjoy being in the outdoors, hiking, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Southeast region with their family. Allison also enjoys being actively involved in her church and community.
